| Description | Upon logging in, it asked for my birthdate. After I enter it, it says all is good and there is the "home" button. When I press 'home', though, it takes me back to the birthdate page. I've tried multiple times and it's still doing it. I have also tried logging out and logging back in. | ||||

Haven't been able to duplicate the issue. Checking into the player backend and it does not look like the birthday has been set. This almost appears to be a session issue. I'd recommend clearing cache and cookies and then reattempting. You can also try to use the mobile site as well which lacks the redirect option. |
