| Description | Hello! I had to delete my previous account because I couldn't connect neither to forum, tavern or mantis. Now, I can connect to mantis but the other two remain impossible. I know I have the right password : I've registered it to make sure, retyped it to be sure, but still doesn't work and tells me I have the wrong password. But I'm 200% sure it's the right one. Do I need to remake yet another account and delete this one to solve the issue or what? I've tried on three different browsers namely Firefox, Chrome and Pale moon. It all says the same. | ||||

Looks like when the original account was deactivated, the player logged out and then logged back in with the new credentials and redirected to the deactivate back which deactivated that account. I have added code to the IG interface to help prevent this sort of issue in the future with the redirect. With this said, I've manually changed the password for the player for the forums and sent it to the player. I have done the Captcha to let the player get past that step. Logged in successfully to test new password. Player can also change password to resync the passwords. |
