Summary0001385: Typo in civil union
DescriptionI have a message stating:

A Civil Union request has been put in for you and Alder

Now, I did not request a union with my own character... I think that this was a request put in by Vhagar and it's a typo (I am a little reluctant to accept it until I'm sure, however).
Steps To ReproduceHave one character 1 try and enter into a civil union with character 2

Check the civil unions page as character 2
Additional InformationThis seems like just a typo.

My office did receive the request, but as there is no button to accept or a tutorial set in place to describe the method, I'm at a loss for how to continue.

Screen was incorrectly showing the 2nd party's name even if the 2nd party was the one viewing the page. Added a fix for 3.1.006
