Summary	0002034: Army treasury won't give up the last cents
Description	I wanted to pay the people in my army, and did so successfully. Because I put too much money in the army treasury, I wanted to pay myself the remaining amount before disbanding the army. I was able to pay the others an amount in full freznics and cents. However, I could only pay myself an amount in full freznics, minus 65 cents. I tried to pay myself the remaining 0.65 f, but it tells me "Please select a value that is no more than 0."
