Hi! I just wanted to request that we be able to choose what VRs the peasants can steal from. For instance, in Kiene we have an agreement with Surxia, so I'd like to put Surxia on a safe list or something like that. I hope this makes sense. Message me if you have any questions. |

This already is in the current code base. The General of the VR can give mob orders on whether or not to steal from other VR's. |
