Summary0000743: Unable to update Castle's board
DescriptionAs People's Representative, I have the ability to update the Castle's message board. However, while it initially states that it is updated after hitting 'submit', the message is not changing nor is it saying it was updated in my office.
Steps To Reproduce1) Viceroyalty
2) Castle
3) Your Office (People's Representative)
4) PR's Message -> [ Edit ]
5) Write the message -> [ Submit ]
6) "Updated the People's Representative message per your request."
7) Your Office -> "PR Message: (Last Upated: May 18, 1657 6:38 am) [ Edit ] "
8) Castle -> Unchanged message
