This song is based upon the poem called "..." originally written in 1997 and re-imagined for "V". The original poem was responded to by a Poem called "Song" written in 1997. "Song" was written by the same person who wrote "So Confused" (which was answered by the poem "An Answer to Confusion")

There are many words Like the quantity of birds In the warm Spring. Oh, what words can bring!! The heart holds feelings so very much Like so many things like a cabinet dutch. Words can't always truly express the spectrum of the love I can confess. A decision that has to be made Love can't be a facade... I can't truly hide it When it has you bit. "I will wait..." Until a certain date? Until a time? Is it worth only a dime? Is it like a gentle dove... Will it be an always love? All I can think is Maybe... All I can hope is Maybe... A gentle answer calms all What is going to be the call? Only Time will truly tell... Here sounds the reckoning bell! My aching heart! My aching heart! Those feelings shall not depart! The answer I am eagerly awaiting For hopefully a "yes" ringing... If only I knew... The possibilities are few... Will it be renewed? "I will wait..." Until a certain date? Until a time?
