| Description | I am able to make myself a minister at large and the Viceroy while being King, is this normal ? All other positions, or at least two offices which I tried I couldn't access as I am the monarch but minister at large and Viceroy it allowed me to. |

| Steps To Reproduce | Council-> add councillor -> minister at large (karcier_aisu) enter -> minister at large = Karcier_aisu
And remove victorious as viceroy, appoint Karcier_aisu
