Summary0000424: Pooled hours not used on queued projects
DescriptionHours in the workshop time pool are correctly applied to projects started manually, but not to those starting automatically from a queue
Steps To Reproduce1) Start a workshop project using some, but not all, pooled hours.
2) Queue another workshop project.
3) Wait, up to an hour, for the first project to finish.
4) Observe the number of pooled hours.

(Don't know if using artisan skills is necessary to recreate the bug. I didn't try with a single workshop or without multi-tasking.)

With 18 hours pooled, I started two 16=hour projects in workshop2. That immediately removed 16 hours from the pool leaving two hours pooled.
I then queued four 4-hour projects in workshop1.
After an hour, two workshop1 projects had started but the pool count still showed 2 hours remaining and the workshop1 projects showed 4 hours remaining.
After another hour and set of workshop events, the 2 hour pool still remained.)

This is not a bug, how it is planned to use the hours, only apply to first project. (Reference: http://www.secfenia.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=10525&p=152640&hilit=pooled#p152640 ) - Perhaps it could be coded to show that after the first task is started, the pool drops to 0, as it can't be used anymore, to eliminate the confusion?

Re testing note:
If it's not a bug, there's a bug somewhere else or an intentional plan to shortchange queued projects.

Pooled hours definitely DO apply to subsequent jobs in the current and previous versions.

If I MANUALLY start job (which I did later as a work-around) the remaining 2 hours were, in fact, used on 4-hour workshop1 project. It started with 2 hours remaining.

Here are the workshop logs showing one of the two 4 hour projects completed in 2 man hours (1 clock hour)

Adding in code to allow queued projects to use pooled hours first taking from multi-tasker pool then regular pool.

In addition, Multi-tasker Pool will be shown in new code.

Will need to test this.

Added in that the system will show the pooled hours on the main workshop page.
