Summary	0000427: Create notification for Town or VR polls
Description	It would be nice if Town / Viceregal polls gave you a notification. Right now there is no longer anything that tells you a town poll is being run besides going to it. I don't know if that is the same for Viceregal polls or not. - Constance de Vere
Steps To Reproduce	Create a new Town or VR Poll
Additional Information	I think also perhaps having it yellow like new army orders on the first day might be a good plan.

daviceroy 2017-02-01 22:55 administrator ~0000239	Added for a notification to be sent to players affected by either Town or VR. Also, added a Menu option for both Town Polls and VR Polls. When a new poll within a day, it will turn yellow.
