Chapter 3
Lufue Zue grinned as the growing amy of New Fullerium came to attention. "This is our day! We shall avenge those who have died in our home towns. New Fullerium shall not be denied," Lufue said with his sword in the air. A huge round of applause and cheer lifted through the air.
"Let's fight the good fight! Let's win back out homes," Lufue yelled marching forward towards their own lands. The army followed him forward and retook the first towns with no opposition at all. The Imperial armies were out numbered and caught off guard. Cities were annexed back into New Fullerium left and right.
News of this spread like fire throughout New Fullerium. More men and women joined the ranks kicking the "scum" about of the nation. Lufue's charge kept moving and moving throughout the western lands recapturing their old territories and making a general very unhappy.
Lufue Zue smiled as he reached the old border between the Secfenia Star Empire and New Fullerium. "This is what we have been waiting for, ladies and gentlemen. It's time to make them pay," Lufue Zue yelled. "Forward for New Fullerium," Lufue screamed as he stepped over the old border.
For several miles, Lufue and his army fought off the Imperial Military. They stopped at one town to rest. At this resting point, Lufue Zue grinned and said, "Today is a great day for all of us." The festivities went on through the night and day. The Imperial military had been humiliated and that made the New Fullerium army very jubilant.
The Imperial general knew he had to have something go his way. The battles had been horrid. In the middle of the evening when most of the New Fullerium military was sleepng, he slipped in and kidnapped Lufue Zue. By the time most people noticed, it was too late. The people held their ground and did not move forward or back.
The general, however, made a trip to the Imperial Palace. He walked into the throne room with his prisoner and kneeled. "Your excellency, I bring you both bad and good news. We have faced a temporary setback, but the good news is that I have captured Lufue Zue, Marshal of New Fullerium. he was their last hope and military mastermind," the general informed the Emperor.
"Excellent, if they lack him, then they shall lose their newly acquired territory. Dispatch a notice about the invasion to all corners of our and their land with notice that Lufue Zue has been captured for his gutsy, yet futile attempt to hurt the people of Secfenia," the Emperor ordered. Robert Russ IV nodded and jotted down some notes in his journal. "Yes, your excellency. I shall proceed at once," the general said rushing out of the room.
"Natonito, this shall work well. Looks like the Bravian Viceroyalty might have some expansion shortly," the Emperor commented. The Directrix smiled and replied, "Expansion is never a bad thing for Bravia." The Directrix and the Emperor laughed. "Take the prisoner to the prison cells in the tower," the Emperor told one of the guards. The guard nodded and escorted Lufue Zue to a cell.
